2. Building A Team

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on what you must do to get a check in the 1st month starting your Forever Living business.

#1) Retailing in Forever Living

The day you attended your Forever Living presentation, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Forever Living and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Forever Living and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Forever Living’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted because of buying this product.

Forever Living is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Forever Living

The true fortune in building your Forever Living business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Forever Living business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Forever Living once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Forever Living than making money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Forever Living, share the pros of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Forever Living commissions!
