Your First 30 Days in Stampin Up Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Stampin Up business, you must think about exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Stampin Up to get a check.

In Stampin Up, there are two primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus only on those you must do to get a check in the 1st thirty days of building your Stampin Up business.

#1) Product Sales in Stampin Up

When you first attended your Stampin Up presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Stampin Up and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Stampin Up and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Stampin Up’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be impacted from buying this product.

Stampin Up is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Stampin Up

The true fortune in building your Stampin Up business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Stampin Up business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Stampin Up if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Stampin Up than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Stampin Up, explain the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Stampin Up commissions!
