Your First 30 Days in Legacy for Life Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Legacy for Life business, you must think about exactly what you need to do in the first thirty days in Legacy for Life to turn a profit.

In Legacy for Life, there are basically two ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus only on those you need to know to profit in the 1st month of building your Legacy for Life business.

#1) Retailing in Legacy for Life

The day you attended your Legacy for Life meeting, or were exposed to Legacy for Life through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in Legacy for Life and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Legacy for Life and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Legacy for Life’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Legacy for Life is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Legacy for Life

The true fortune in building your Legacy for Life business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Legacy for Life business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Legacy for Life if you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Legacy for Life than the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Legacy for Life, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Legacy for Life commissions!
