It Works Global is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in It Works Global

The true fortune in building your It Works Global business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the It Works Global business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of It Works Global once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
