Two Techniques to Get Paid in Your First 30 Days in Our World Network
Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Our World Network business, it’s time to think about exactly what you must do in the first month in Our World Network to get a check.
In Our World Network, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring
Although there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on what you should do to profit in the first 30 days starting your Our World Network business.
#1) Selling Products in Our World Network
When you first attended your Our World Network presentation, or were exposed to Our World Network through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Our World Network and what they were offering.
Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Our World Network and their products with the world, which are:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As certain as you are about the benefits of Our World Network’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.
Our World Network is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Our World Network
The true fortune in building your Our World Network business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Our World Network business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.
Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Our World Network once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to joining Our World Network than the money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, fostering your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.
The minute you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To sponsor effectively in Our World Network, explain the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Our World Network commissions!
