Your First 30 Days in YouDazzle Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving YouDazzle business, you need to consider exactly what you must do in the first month in YouDazzle to profit.

In YouDazzle, there’s basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

While there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus only on what you need to do to get a check in the first thirty days of building your YouDazzle business.

#1) Product Sales in YouDazzle

The day you attended your YouDazzle meeting, or were exposed to YouDazzle through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in YouDazzle and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share YouDazzle and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of YouDazzle’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced from buying this product.

YouDazzle is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in YouDazzle

The true leverage in building your YouDazzle business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the YouDazzle business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of YouDazzle if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of YouDazzle than the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in YouDazzle, share the advantages of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your YouDazzle commissions!
