Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving AtHome America business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you must do in your first month in AtHome America to get paid.
In AtHome America, there’s two primary ways to get paid. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team
Although there are many phases to each process, we are going to focus only on those you need to do to get paid in the 1st 30 days of building your AtHome America business.
#1) Product Sales in AtHome America
The day you attended your AtHome America meeting, or were exposed to the business through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in AtHome America and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share AtHome America and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of AtHome America’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from buying this product.
AtHome America is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in AtHome America
The true leverage in building a AtHome America business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the AtHome America business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of AtHome America if you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to being a part of AtHome America than making money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
The minute you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To sponsor effectively in AtHome America, share the pros of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your AtHome America commissions!
