Your First 30 Days in Ethnic Expressions Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Ethnic Expressions business, you must realize exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Ethnic Expressions to get a check.

In Ethnic Expressions, there’s two main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to get paid in the first thirty days since you started building your Ethnic Expressions business.

#1) Product Sales in Ethnic Expressions

When you initially attended your Ethnic Expressions meeting, or were exposed to the products through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Ethnic Expressions and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Ethnic Expressions and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Ethnic Expressions’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Ethnic Expressions is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Ethnic Expressions

The true leverage in building a Ethnic Expressions business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Ethnic Expressions business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Ethnic Expressions once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Ethnic Expressions than just the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Ethnic Expressions, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ethnic Expressions commissions!
