Your First 30 Days in Univera Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Univera business, it’s time to think about exactly what you must do in the first month in Univera to turn a profit.

In Univera, there’s two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to start making money in the first 30 days of building your Univera business.

#1) Selling Products in Univera

The day you attended your Univera presentation, or were exposed to Univera through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Univera and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Univera and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Univera’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Univera is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Univera

The true fortune in building a Univera business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Univera business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Univera if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and milestones you want to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Univera than making money. Of course it is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Univera, explain the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Univera commissions!
