Your First 30 Days in Ximo Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Ximo business, you need to learn exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in Ximo to start making money.

In Ximo, there’s two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

While there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you need to do to get paid in the first 30 days of building your Ximo business.

#1) Product Sales in Ximo

When you initially attended your Ximo meeting, or were exposed to the company through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in Ximo and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Ximo and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Ximo’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Ximo is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Ximo

The true leverage in building a Ximo business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Ximo business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Ximo once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Ximo than just the money. Of course that’s an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Ximo, explain the advantages of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ximo commissions!
