Your First 30 Days in RBC Life Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving RBC Life business, you must realize exactly what you need to do in the 1st month in RBC Life to get a check.

In RBC Life, there are basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus on those you must do to get paid in the first 30 days since you started building your RBC Life business.

#1) Retailing in RBC Life

When you initially attended your RBC Life meeting, or were exposed to RBC Life through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in RBC Life and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about RBC Life and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of RBC Life’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

RBC Life is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in RBC Life

The true leverage in building your RBC Life business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the RBC Life business because we often associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of RBC Life if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of RBC Life than just the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in RBC Life, share the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your RBC Life commissions!
