In Inspired Aroma, there’s basically two ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

2. Recruiting

While there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on those you need to do to profit in the first thirty days starting your Inspired Aroma business.

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Inspired Aroma’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Inspired Aroma is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Inspired Aroma

The true leverage in building your Inspired Aroma business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Inspired Aroma business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Inspired Aroma once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Inspired Aroma than making money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
