Your First 30 Days in TravelOne International Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving TravelOne International business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the 1st month in TravelOne International to get paid.

In TravelOne International, there’s two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on what you should do to get a check in the first 30 days of building your TravelOne International business.

#1) Selling Products in TravelOne International

The day you attended your TravelOne International presentation, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in TravelOne International and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share TravelOne International and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of TravelOne International’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential clients and how their lives will be enhanced because of buying this product.

TravelOne International is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in TravelOne International

The true fortune in building your TravelOne International business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the TravelOne International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of TravelOne International once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of TravelOne International than making money. Of course money is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in TravelOne International, explain the pros of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your TravelOne International commissions!
