The day you attended your Success University presentation, or were exposed to Success University through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Success University and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Success University and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Success University’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Success University is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Success University

The true leverage in building your Success University business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Success University business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Success University once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and goals to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Success University than just the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, stimulating your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you begin to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Success University, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Success University commissions!
