Your First 30 Days in PM International Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable PM International business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in PM International to get paid.

In PM International, there are two primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on what you must know to turn a profit in the 1st thirty days of building your PM International business.

#1) Retailing in PM International

The day you attended your PM International meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in PM International and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about PM International and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of PM International’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved from purchasing this product.

PM International is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in PM International

The true leverage in building your PM International business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the PM International business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next social event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of PM International once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and targets to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining PM International than just the money. Of course the money a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in PM International, explain the advantages of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your PM International commissions!
