Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable One24 business, you must realize exactly what you have to do in the first 30 days in One24 to get a check.
In One24, there are 2 main ways to generate commissions. They are:
1. Retailing
2. Building A Team
While there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you need to do to profit in the 1st thirty days starting your One24 business.
#1) Product Sales in One24
The day you attended your One24 meeting, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in One24 and what they were offering.
Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share One24 and their products with the planet, these being:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of One24’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lives will be improved from buying this product.
One24 is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal
The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in One24
The true fortune in building a One24 business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the One24 business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next family gathering.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of One24 if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and milestones to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to being a part of One24 than making money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The moment you start to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
