When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share For Earth and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of For Earth’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved from buying this product.

For Earth is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in For Earth

The true leverage in building a For Earth business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the For Earth business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of For Earth once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of For Earth than making money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in For Earth, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your For Earth commissions!
