Your First 30 Days in Paperly Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving Paperly business, you must realize exactly what you must do in your first month in Paperly to turn a profit.

In Paperly, there are basically two ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on what you should know to profit in the 1st thirty days of building your Paperly business.

#1) Retailing in Paperly

The day you attended your Paperly presentation, or were exposed to Paperly through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Paperly and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Paperly and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Paperly’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved because of buying this product.

Paperly is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Paperly

The true leverage in building your Paperly business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Paperly business because we often associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Paperly if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Paperly than the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in Paperly, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Paperly commissions!
