Your First 30 Days in SiteTalk Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a profitable SiteTalk business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you need to do in the first month in SiteTalk to get paid.

In SiteTalk, there’s basically 2 ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Even though there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on what you must do to start making money in the 1st month of building your SiteTalk business.

#1) Product Sales in SiteTalk

The day you attended your SiteTalk meeting, or were exposed to SiteTalk through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in SiteTalk and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about SiteTalk and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of SiteTalk’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

SiteTalk is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in SiteTalk

The true leverage in building a SiteTalk business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the SiteTalk business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of SiteTalk once you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of SiteTalk than just the money. Of course money is a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in SiteTalk, explain the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your SiteTalk commissions!
