Your First 30 Days in TranSynd Now that you are registered, excited and ready to build a thriving TranSynd business, it’s time to learn exactly what you have to do in the 1st month in TranSynd to get a check.

In TranSynd, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

While there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you need to do to get paid in the first thirty days starting your TranSynd business.

#1) Product Sales in TranSynd

The day you attended your TranSynd meeting, or were exposed to TranSynd through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in TranSynd and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share TranSynd and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of TranSynd’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their lives will be improved from purchasing this product.

TranSynd is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in TranSynd

The true leverage in building your TranSynd business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the TranSynd business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of TranSynd if you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining TranSynd than just the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in TranSynd, explain the benefits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your TranSynd commissions!
