Your First 30 Days in Above and Beyond Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Above and Beyond business, you must realize exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in Above and Beyond to get paid.

In Above and Beyond, there are 2 primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you must know to turn a profit in the 1st month since you started building your Above and Beyond business.

#1) Product Sales in Above and Beyond

The day you attended your Above and Beyond presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Above and Beyond and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Above and Beyond and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Above and Beyond’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Above and Beyond is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Above and Beyond

The true leverage in building your Above and Beyond business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Above and Beyond business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Above and Beyond once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Above and Beyond than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Above and Beyond, explain the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Above and Beyond commissions!
