Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Numis Network and their products with the world, which are:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As certain as you are about the benefits of Numis Network’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from buying this product.
Numis Network is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more conversational you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Numis Network
The true fortune in building a Numis Network business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Numis Network business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at the next family gathering.
Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Numis Network if you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to being a part of Numis Network than the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
The moment you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To build a team effectively in Numis Network, explain the pros of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Numis Network commissions!
