Your First 30 Days in Learn Earn Own Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Learn Earn Own business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in the 1st month in Learn Earn Own to get paid.

In Learn Earn Own, there are two primary ways to get paid. They are:

2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should know to start making money in the 1st month starting your Learn Earn Own business.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Learn Earn Own and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Learn Earn Own’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.

Learn Earn Own is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Learn Earn Own

The true leverage in building a Learn Earn Own business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Learn Earn Own business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Learn Earn Own once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Learn Earn Own than just the money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Learn Earn Own, explain the pros of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Learn Earn Own commissions!
