Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share Amega Global and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As certain as you are about the merits of Amega Global’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.
Amega Global is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal
The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Sponsoring in Amega Global
The true fortune in building your Amega Global business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Amega Global business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Amega Global if you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to joining Amega Global than just the money. Of course the money a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
The minute you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To recruit effectively in Amega Global, share the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Amega Global commissions!
