How to Get Paid in Life Plus in Your First 30 Days–Two Tips
Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Life Plus business, you need to consider exactly what you have to do in your first 30 days in Life Plus to start making money.
In Life Plus, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:
1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team
Although there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus only on what you must do to start making money in the 1st month of building your Life Plus business.
#1) Selling Products in Life Plus
When you initially attended your Life Plus presentation, or were exposed to Life Plus through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in Life Plus and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Life Plus and their products with the planet, which are:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Life Plus’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.
Life Plus is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal
The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Sponsoring in Life Plus
The true fortune in building your Life Plus business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Life Plus business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Life Plus if you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.
There’s so much more to being a part of Life Plus than the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The moment you begin to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To build a team effectively in Life Plus, share the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Life Plus commissions!
