Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable Pearlcium business, you need to learn exactly what you must do in your first 30 days in Pearlcium to start making money.

2. Recruiting

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Pearlcium and their products with the planet, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As certain as you are about the benefits of Pearlcium’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced from buying this product.
Pearlcium is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Sponsoring in Pearlcium
The true leverage in building your Pearlcium business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Pearlcium business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at the next social gathering.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Pearlcium once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.
There’s so much more to being a part of Pearlcium than the money. Of course it is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.
The minute you begin to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To sponsor effectively in Pearlcium, explain the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pearlcium commissions!
