Your First 30 Days in XB-Fit Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a thriving XB-Fit business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in XB-Fit to get paid.

In XB-Fit, there are basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on what you must know to get a check in the first thirty days of building your XB-Fit business.

#1) Retailing in XB-Fit

The day you attended your XB-Fit meeting, or were exposed to XB-Fit through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in XB-Fit and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share XB-Fit and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of XB-Fit’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

XB-Fit is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in XB-Fit

The true fortune in building a XB-Fit business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the XB-Fit business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of XB-Fit once you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining XB-Fit than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in XB-Fit, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your XB-Fit commissions!
